The patch will upgrade your SigmaPlot 4.0 for Windows product to version 4.01. SigmaPlot 4.01 is an incremental release with the following enhancements:

• Excel for Office 97: You can use Excel for Office 97 in SigmaPlot 4.01. Now Excel 97 works with SigmaPlot the same as it does with Excel 95.
• A number of technical problems have been fixed, including:
  • Support for long file names
  • Compatibility with SigmaPlot for Macintosh files
  • Handling of date and time
  • Handling undo operations
  • File import and export

The patch can be installed in single-user or shared network environments. Make certain you have rights to change files in the SigmaPlot directory before beginning. If you are not sure which version of SigmaPlot for Windows you have installed, launch SigmaPlot and refer to the Help/About dialog box.
